THE MEN OF CHRISTMAS.

Got this from a friend's blog:D
Can't include the link since the entry's for her contacts only so you won't be able to see anyway:P

Jesus is Better than Santa

Santa lives at the North Pole.
JESUS is everywhere.

Santa rides in a sleigh
JESUS rides on the wind and walks on the water.

Santa comes but once a year
JESUS is an ever present help.

Santa fills your stockings with goodies
JESUS supplies all your needs.

Santa comes down your chimney uninvited
JESUS stands at your door and knocks.. and then enters your heart.

You have to stand in line to see Santa
JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.

Santa lets you sit on his lap
JESUS lets you rest in His arms.

Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy or girl, What's your name?" JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our address too. He knows our history and future and He even knows how many hairs are on our heads.

Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly
JESUS has a heart full of love.

All Santa can offer is HO HO HO
JESUS offers health, help and hope.

Santa says "You better not cry"
JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I care for you.

Santa's little helpers make toys
JESUS makes new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions.

Santa may make you chuckle
JESUS gives you joy that is your strength.

While Santa puts gifts under your tree
JESUS became our gift and died on the tree.

It's obvious there is really no comparison.
We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about.

We need to put Christ back in Christmas.
Jesus is still the reason for the season.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, everyone:)
A
belated merry Christmas and an advanced happy new year to all of you:D

THE THIRD'S NORMALLY EMO.

It's 4:30am on my laptop's clock.
I'm supposed to be sleeping by now and I'd need to wake up in 1hour and 30 minutes but I'm still up, blogging. All thanks to the sudden influx of insight and ideas and inspiration and creativity and will. Anyway, I'm just going to be emo for the next few minutes..

This season's been messing up with my emotions. Or, at least, this day.
I pathetically cried a couple of times today.
Well, pathetically and unexpectedly. =.="
Like, there's no real reason.
There's just this certain wtimulus which triggered my eyeballs to sweat.
I know, right?

Ever heard of manic depression?
I don't really know everything or much about it but I know it involves mood disorders.
Yeah, I gave you the link but it's not like I've read it.
Well, it's not precisely that. I just wanted to share it with you. xO

Anywaaaay.
I've encountered this earlier this year.
See blog entry, 12May'08

Things come and tears go
Euphoria leaves
Insanity takes over
Manic depression
Laugh and cry
Frolic and slash
Don't worry, dear.
This will end.

Gah. Anyway..
*writer's block. writer's block*

I'm going to finish this.
So, I'm very very very unsure about anything.
But one thing's for sure.
I'm not sure about anything.

Done.

WHEN THE CLOCK STRIKES 12.

It's the 24th of December, lovers&friends-who'd-soon-to-be-my-lovers-too!
I don't know about you but, about for me, I'm looking forward for the 24th more than I do for the 25th.
I think because I enjoy all the preparations -- well, last-minute ones, at least -- more than I enjoy the actual party.

Especially when I was young and we're in the province and my cousins and I would be playing all day while our grandma and moms and aunts would cook and prepare the dishes that we're going to eat for Noche Buena. Then, when it's around 8 at night, all of us, kids, will sleep and the older people (NYAHAHA) will just wake us up few minutes before 12am. Then, after eating, we'd all gather around the Christmas tree and one member of the family will grab the presents and read the cards and have them passed around to those people to whom it's addressed to. And we'll delight in our presents until we grow tired and sleep again. Christmas has always been like that to me when I was little. We'd always travel to our province at least a day before Christmas. But when I got past Grade3, If I remember correctly, we don't always spend Christmas in the province anymore. Nonetheless, Christmas remains to be one of the days of the year that I always look forward to.

As years passed by, the childish ecstasy once prominent with every thought of Christmas day has slowly faded away. The red decorated Christmas socks hung up for Santa to fill in with gifts had been replaced with more practical and simple wish lists given to parents to see and fulfill. There are people who would rather sleep off the whole thing without even greeting the people they know, thinking that they actually could have been doing something better that time if it wasn't Christmas break. blah blah blah. And there would be those people who would actually forget about what the day is, like it was just another day in their life.

But, really, why do we celebrate Christmas?
I guess I would be able to answer this clearly if I'd been listening intently to the church services we had this past month; if only I'd been taking down notes-- that is, if only my notebook's not been lost. gahh. K, it's still my fault, anyway.

It's the time of the year when we celebrate the day Jesus Christ has been born.
The day when our Saviour has been born.
The day when the one person who could and did save us has been brought to existence.
The day when the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.(John 1:14)

Well, that's all I know since I'm not really a full-fledged Theologian -- or anything near that.

To avoid being a hypocrite, or to be called one, I honestly don't always think of Christmas this way. I'm actually one of those who anticipate the gift-giving part/s of this season. But, well, I just wanted to blog about this, anyway.

So, advanced merry Christmas, everyone!
May we all have a rockin' Christmas this year.. and the years to come :D

NEW POST. 'CAUSE ATE CANDICE SAID SO:D

First off, I don't know how to start.
Gyahahahaha.

So I guess, maybe start with the reason why I haven't been blogging lately?
For, like, 12 days?
Well, it's actually basically because I have no idea what to wri blog about.

Second, even if I did have any topic, I'd get stuck in the middle or probably just somewhere along the way and I'd eventually be unable to go on with what I'm writing/blogging.
I think there's a word for either one of the two mentioned reasons above..
Writer's block, is it?
Yeah, I call myself a writer. So, what? I think I am. That's enough.
*Googled*
and for the love of me, here's to you if you have no idea what it means..
WRITER'S BLOCK

Thirdly, and possibly the last if by the end of this entry I still don't have a fourth reason, I'm too darn lazy or BUSY (yeahhh, right) to do so.

So, now that I'm blogging again, I think I've found the inspiration and creativity and will to.. BLOG!

And so my actual blog starts with the next blog.. HAHA.
SAAAAHRY. I just don't like writing long entries ^^V
It gets boring when it's long -.o

AFTER 2WEEKS.

I'm watching two consecutive episodes of Gossip Girl now - 12&13
- after failing to watch the said episodes immediately after they've been released.

Gahhr. 2weeks [or is it 3?] without a dose of Chuck Bass.
This is truly relieving.
*sigh of relief*

13's sad, though. With Bart dying and all the drama that follows
especially seeing Chuck in agony. T.T

I still don't know what's going to happen since I'm still in the midst of episode13 but I know about the Blair-Chuck scene/s and how sad and heartbreaking the scene/s is/are going to be.
I just don't know what's exactly going to happen, though.
Major blur.

K, Done. :P

SPUNKY RANSOM LEAVES ME HYPERVENTILATING.

Something he said in one interview.
FYI. If you didn't know, Spunky Ransom's his nickname, so to speak, which he randomly blurted out in an interview when asked what he wanted his name to be when he said that he didn't like his name. Though he really seems high on crack almost all the time, admit it, he's exceptionally adorable.

The interviewer brought up an incident when a fan told RPatzz [OH SHIT IT'S JUST NOW HAT I'VE REALIZED.. rPATzz. We're meant to be, seriously x))] 'I love you Rob!' and his reply was 'Good!'

AND THIS IS WHAT HE SAID..

IT'S REALLY ODD. IT'S JUST REALLY ODD. IT'S THE CHARACTER... THEY LIKE.

WTH XD HE'S SO FREAKING HUMBLE. Well at least for me. xD
AND THIS IS ALL I CAN SAY..

NO, SPUNKY. IT'S YOU. YOU DAZZLE ME.

ohmaygaahd.

HE'S JUST SO WITTY AND CHARMING AND FUNNY AND HUMOROUS AND NOT TO MENTION HOT, YES.

AND THOUGH HE'S HIGH, ALL THE TIME, AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S ALWAYS ON CRACK, I LIKE HIM.
x)
